    For me, I am proud of two more then most

    Army of two - killing dalton in under 40 seconds. This cheivo includes the cut scene.

    GH3 - beat lou on hard (finish hard tour). This was borderling sadist.

    The hardest achievement I've gotten has to be either "Unstoppable" or "Master Thief" on Shadowrun.

    Ya Unstoppable is kill 10 people without dying, which is almost impossible in that game. Master Thief is deliver the artifact despite heavy defenses.

    If you thought that beating Lou in Guitar Hero 3 on hard was a pain in the ass try doing it on expert. That achievement was by far the hardest for me
