insomnia or insane

does anyone else find it incredably difficult to get to sleep? i know all gamers are meant to suffer from insomnia, just wondered whether it was actually true.

im not sure whether itd down to the fact hat i dont work, so my body isnt tired, or i generally have insomnia, i often lie awake for hours.

and no counting sheep doesnt help.

Ya that's why I'm always up till at least 4 in the morning.

I think it goes hand in hand. I find it hard to get to sleep before 3am all the time.

sometimes i am exhausted byt he end of my day so i pass out, but most of the time, King and I both have to force ourselves to go to sleep...he has to get up for work really early and i have to get up with our kids lol
