So if I preorder a game and only put the $5 on it I can still get it the day after the release of the game right?

i picked it up this afternoon. i put 5 on it way back when. i called to make sure it was still in stock, it wasn't but they still had my pre-order. you should be good. was playing my brothers copy last night though.

Well it came out today or technically yesterday so you got it the day it released. Hopefully they'll have my preorder tomorro or today or whatever.

Your pre-order copy will be there I think they will only hold it for 2 days, then they sell it, you would get your $5 back of course in store credit though. Someone might know the exact amount of time they would hold it but i'm pretty sure it was two days?

Yeah, they hold reserves for 48 hours, but most of the people I've encountered at GameStop stores aren't real strict on that, I reserved The Saboteur a while back and it came out December 8th, I just picked it up today and they still had my reserve set aside.
